FPC Preschool
Orchestra

The orchestra at FPC supports worship in the 9:45 am Blended Sanctuary Service and for the 11:10 am Traditional Sanctuary Service. There are current openings for French horn (2nd), oboe (1st), and clarinet (1st or 2nd). Membership in the orchestra is by audition. Prospective members should have orchestraa High School playing and reading proficiency. Currently, there are no long-term paid positions available. Rehearsals are on Sunday morning in the sanctuary. For special programs at Easter and Christmas, our orchestra is augmented by regional professional players into an appropriate full orchestra. Besides accompanying the choir on large works the orchestra has perfomed the following pieces on its own:
