Sundays:

Manuscript Study (Johansen Group)picture_of_manuscript_study.jpg 
Want to dig into Scripture with others? Brad Johansen leads an ongoing group that explores scripture using the "manuscript study" method. Group members begin their time together by using markers to highlight repeated words and themes on a plain paper copy of the Bible text. They then share their insights and together wrestle with the meaning of the text.

Day: Sunday mornings
Time: 9:45 - 10:45 a.m.
Location: Room C, Worship Center, FPC Campus
 
 

Anderson Group

Don Anderson leads this small group of empty nesters.  They meet twice a month on Sundays in a home near the church.  On March 9 they are starting a new study, "If You Want to Walk on Water, You've Got to Get Out of the Boat," by John Ortberg. 

 Day: Sunday afternoons, biweekly
Time: 12:30 - 2 p.m.
Location: Roseville home

Does truth exist?  If it does, how does cultural relativism affect our view of God?  Join Dean and Kathy Coupe for the twelve week Focus on the Family series "The Big Dig," which explores what it means to have a Christian world view in today's culture.

Following this series the group will continue to explore the multifaceted subject of apologetics through books, DVDs and other resources.

Day:  Tuesday evenings
Time:  7 - 9 p.m.
Location: Roseville home

Caregivers' Support Group

Are you a caregiver for a loved one?  Join Sandra Mongold and other caregivers in a monthly small group just for you.  They meet one Tuesday evening a month on the FPC campus, where they will study together, share, and encourage one another.

Day:  2nd Tuesday evening
Time:  6:30 - 8 p.m.
Location: Room 119, FPC campus

Manuel / Shannon Group

Fred Manuel and Tim Shannon share the leadership of a group of couples and singles that care deeply for each other, and enjoy studying together. Several of the couples in the group have school-aged children.  They are starting a new study on the book of James called "Developing a Faith That Works."  Come join them! 

Day: Tuesdays, twice a month
Time: 6 - 8:30 p.m.
